7 Pick Up Unsold Items

Step 7: PICK UP YOUR UNSOLD ITEMS (optional)
  • If you choose to donate all of your unsold items to charity, thank you! You can skip this step and we will mail your check within a week. Please be sure that your consignor account reflects your updated address.
  • If you would like toretrieve some or all of your unsold items, pick up will be from 2:30pm to 5:30pm on Saturday, Sept 30th. In order to make the process as smooth as possible, we ask that you choose a time to pick up your unsold items. We will be sending an email for sign up to all consignors at a later date. Any items not claimed at 5:30pm will be donated.
  • After we close on Saturday, we will upload an "unsold items" report for each consignor. You will be able to access these by signing into your consignor account. You can print this report and bring it with you to pick up.  You will use your unsold items report to gather your items from the sales floor. With the racks much “thinner” it should be easy to spot your items since they will be familiar to you. You will then check out with a volunteer before leaving so that we can double check all items before they leave the building.  All consignor checks will be mailed to you within one week. We ask that you please cash your check within 30 days.
  • If you are unable to come to pick up, you are welcome to send someone to retrieve your items for you. Here is what you will need to do:
    • Send us an email with your name, consignor #, and their name. Put “Pick up” in the subject line.
    • Familiarize the person with how to sign in to your consignor account and view/print your unsold items report.
    • Have them come retrieve your items during the designated pick up time. They will need to show us their driver’s license.
  • If your unsold items are unclaimed at 5:30pm, they will be donated immediately.  We are unable to make any exceptions.
