ONLINE SHOPPING FAQ:

HOW WILL I FIND THE ONLINE STORE WHEN IT'S TIME TO SHOP?
We will place a link right here on our website, on Facebook, and we will email it to all members of our Email list once the store is up and running.  Please click on the Email List on the bottom of this page to receive future emails from us.  Please share the shopping link with your friends and family, and help us spread the word! 

HOW LONG WILL ITEMS STAY IN MY CART DURING THE ONLINE SALE?
Multiple shoppers can have the same item in their cart at the same time.  Whoever checks out and pays first will get the item.  Your item may still appear in your cart even if it has already been purchased.  You can check out as many times as you would like, so if there is something you really want, you can check out first, then come back and shop more.  There may be less shopping traffic during our ticketed sales, which is our effort to spread shoppers out a bit. 

HOW WILL I PICK UP MY ITEMS AFTER THE SALE?
When you check out of the online store, you will choose a time for your pick-up appointment.  Pick up of all your purchases will take place Saturday, Nov 21st and Sunday, November 22nd at Boonsboro Ruritan Club.

WHAT IF SOMETHING I PURCHASE HAS A DEFECT?
  After you pick up your shopper order, you can check your purchases.  If you find something that has a defect and is not up to our expectations, bring it to our attention and if we agree, we will refund the item. The seller will not receive credit for the item, and the item will be donated.  Once you leave the pick-up site with your items, all sales are final.

IF I PURCHASED A BENEFIT PRE-SALE PASS, HOW WILL I GAIN ACCESS TO EARLY SHOPPING?
If you are shopping any of the Pre-Sales, we will email you the pass code shortly before your shopping time (about 10min prior).  Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox. If you still do not see it, please email kidzkraze@gmail.com and we can assist.
